Is it worth spending $300 for a link in Yahoo? I would not spend this kind of money for a link. There are people who have submitted a link and they link has been rejected and not given a refund

The only thing is that Google can penalise some sites with paid links, whereas they won`t penalise Yahoo. And possibly Yahoo will get at least some additional traffic for the money. Not that I`d consider paying that sort of money out to be in their Directory.
