I saw on some blogs all list of available categories shown even if there is no articles posted in it.
In the standard WP version category will show up only after there is some content in it... I tried to look for the plugin but descriptions on WP download site sucks and I could not find what I need. Anyone using this plugin or may be knows what needs to be done to show all available categories at all times? Thanks! Oh, one more thing... Another plugin to show number of articles next to the category name???

SkinnerW, i have no solution for your first demand, but i the second can be arranged by the category-tagging plugin.
