(need help) Different headers or titles

I am trying to use different headers on one of my blogs. My front page is a static page (a photo gallery) and the blog is secondary. I would like to have different headers, but cannot figure out how to do that. I have tried to right out a different header file and change the title there, but I can't figure out how to insert it. I've tried using the

<?php include(TEMPLATEPATH."/header1.php");?>

command, but the site is still calling on the usual header.
I've searched the wordpress site for help, but couldn't find anything.
Any ideas?

Never mind. I wasn't paying enough attention to what I was doing. Turns out I had different blogs opened. So doing the "insert" command helped.

Lol.
The only way I did notice is the because of the title bar. Both the admin panels in my blogs are look alike
