This theme is not free, you can buy it on my site for $25, but you get a footer links-free premium Wordpress theme. So there are no any forced links on this theme. Or you can place your own links into the footer (*however you might not re-distribute this theme, you will need a special license for this - contact me for this).

I hope you like it, I think it's my best WP theme ever. I'm also open for any custom design work (and will work for links from your sites/blogs ).
