i think i will be completely honest with you - only way to help, no point in saying 'nice one'

you may want to not iframe include other people's content unless that's yours:

it claims bandwith limit has exceeded so you are probably not alone in referencing it directly.

using iframes is counter productive for SEO anyway.

as for the design, you are contemporary gothic font, sms speak / ending on Z etc, you should be more bold in going for the youger market, less conservative - in particular, bounding boxes... dunno, needs a change. the nokia font is also available for download online so you can match the logo texts.

look at your site in something other than IE7 - like opera 9 or firefox 3, you will notice it is quite different and there are a few bugs

also, the 45 degree angled google search is not ready...

finally: the SEO on the site can use a lot of work, look at your sources - try to stay away from inline css (style=" ), move what you can to .css. move your css into separate files. add H1/2/3/4 tags. use dynamic / absolute positioning to place your keyworded data at the top of the source even if it gets displayed at bottom right.

move away from things like <font class="ws12" color="#2B54AA" face="Trebuchet MS">, i know your doctype says html 4.0 transitional but we're not 1997 . add title= tags on ALL your anchor links, add alt tags to the images. add nofollows to less important or external links...

For design part you are contemporary gothic font, If u update the changes according to majority opinion site will be fine.
