Your site is interesting, the logo is very very nice but I think there is still a lot of work to do on the rest of the site, a good navigation will be excellent, it does not seem to have any navigation at the moment.

You also need more contents, those empty banner spaces can also be filed with temporary banners to make the site look complete.

I agree with Temi, people going into your site want to see it busy and see others have placed/paid for banners and listings etc. think of it as your shop window, have it empty and nobody will come in and browse.

Why not offer free banners as an exchange on the condition that they stay only until the space is needed by paying customers?

hm.. just wonder - why didn't you put link to the your site instead of writing

one more backlink is always not bad

as for the site - too much blank spaces in design as for me. A bit hard to explain what I mean, but you have content site and all that big aligns is not good for it IMHO.
