Website of the Month April 2007 - Winner Eric's Boekensite

When you first land on the index page of Eric's Boekensite site, the first
impression is of another online book store, perhaps a specialist bookseller
that ships to UK, France and the principal language the site was written in, Dutch.
But appearances can be deceptive for Eric's Boekensite is not an online book
shop, it is a site about books the site creator Eric has read. I find this concept quite unique and interesting as I have never come across
a website with the same theme before.
The is professionally designed, layout is excellent; the colour scheme is well coordinated.
Your gentle into to Eric’s Boekensite is the comical picture of Eric? , Showing just the top of his head and eyes, reading a book.
On the top right hand side of the site is the statistics of books either already listed on the site or Eric is working on listing. In total he has approximately five hundred books in his collection most of which has already been listed on his site, the remaining, he is working on getting them listed.
Overall, its a brilliant site; well designed, well laid out and available in
three major European languages. I strongly recommend that everyone visit
Eric's Boekensite.
