It is a medium company and not sure from when they are in this business.

Domain registration price is $8.99
Not sure of all the TLDs offered but the ones i know they are surely offering are .us, .com, .org, .net, .biz

DNS control
Easy DNZ zone editor is provided to manage the DNS

Advanced DNS Control (can you do stuff like point you MX records to another host
Yes that feature is offered

Hosting Services
- Share Hosting
- Virtual Private Server
- Windows Hosting
- Linux/Unix
- Reseller Option
- Additional IP address

They provide all the above services but I am having shared hosting with them.

Speed
I did not face much downtime until now, so I think they have 99 % uptime and i am not sure of the exact server setup.

Admin Control Panels
I use cPanel and i believe they provide HELM control panel for windows.

Email Option
- webmail
- IMAP
- POP3
All the above features are provided.

Support
- Email support = excellent
- Support desk response time = prompt and reasonable
- Skills of support staff = Can't say much as i didn't have any issues after hosting my site with them. But some registration and billing issues were sorted very promptly.

Limitations
- I have been with them more than a year now.. haven't faced any yet.

Conclusion:
A1 hosting company, there customer support is very friendly and polite... and the control panel provided is user friendly.
