Hello,

I have find some quite many people who wanted to change their MX Record for their site. Somebody can explain me why is this good?

The MX Record is used to change your mail server that is handling your emails for a specific domain name.
So by modifying this record you can add another server (eg: your ISP mail server) to handle your emails just as a back-up in case your host it's experiencing downtimes or other problems.
