I have sign up as a curiosity and I have receive all that they claim. The speed is high, the uptime is ok, the support is one of the best I found.
I have host there as test one of my domains: Stiri Afaceri, Tranzactii Online, Afaceri

Later edit: The owner is from UK, the datacenter where the servers are is SoftLayer, one of the best around in the world.
