It provides 250mb disk space, 100GB data transfer bandwidth, databases, ftp email accounts, subdomains, cPanels Access,etc. Support Php,html, etc.

I used it for few months and i never seen the problem like server down and slow down, etc. The subdomain is pretty short and easily to be remembered.
The registeration is easy and fast, but the confirmation of the user account may make the user confused. After you click the link to confirmation and you click setup your account, it may show the error page. Although it shows the error page, it means your account has been created and confirmed already.

Overall, it is good and free service. If any body wants to make the own site like blogs, forum ,shop, etc without spending money, you may need to use this service.

Did anybody use the free web hosting service like M$ Officlive Basic, but the registeration doesn't need the credit card information and less limitation?

As I wrot as a title You receive what you pay for. So you pay nothing you receive nothing. Don't you think that is ok to receive answers to support tickets if you have problems? On free hosting you will receive ... nothing. Or if you are lucky you will receive some late answers.
