What criteria do you guys use to judge which are the best directories?? Besides the obvious ones like pr. If you know the owner and like them is this enough or is there other factors? Is that really a reason?

I feel i have good reasons to vote for habbaa and allthelook but don't really know what others to vote for. A few of them i've not even heard of, like umdum (i only know about it now cause someone bought it).

EDIT: Theres 4 i am ready to vote for but theres many others i really like that aren't even in the list.
