AJAX And Non Javascript Enabled Browsers

If you use Javascript or more advanced AJAX, do you make it a point
to check and see how non capable user agents handle the functions
created by the scripts?

Even though not many users are surfing w/non capable UAs, let's
not forget the percentage that does.
