How Do You Do Quality Test?

I go through several development steps when I create a website.
Basically, what I do is to run a new site I created on my local
development web server (Apache/PHP/etc.) through w3C validators,
then through IE 5.5/6.0/7 Opera/Safari/FF on Windows, and then
Ubuntu's Konqueror/etc. for browser compatibility issues, as well
as accessibility.

What do you all do before you roll out a new website?
