Please help - which banner to choose from

I currently have several people desiging banners for our One Way Links website and would like some advice on which to banner to choose or what I could ask these guys to change on the following.

So, please offer your advice.

I think number 5 and 8 are the best. They are attractive and straight to the point. Number 7 i like 3rd best.

The ones I like the least are 1, 3 and 4. Number 1 is too bare and kinda hard to read the way that text is setup. Number 3 and 4 just confuse me in general.

I like 6 & 7.
Banner 5 is alright, but the variation of 8 has too much animation for me taste, its a little distracting,

5 and 6 for me.

I'm a sticker for animation, so I automatically vote against it. I think the 3rd and 4th banners are a little confusing, and the first two aren't eye catching enough.

Sorry, I've been two negative.

5 & 6 I like because it shows the websites, and it has the URL in them. Even if you don't get a direct link you may get somebody remembering the URl then clicking.
