linkshot.co.cc is good site but design is not well, categories are also very less. I think it will take time to get popular.

Might be obvious, but de.li.cious is great great great!
Try it out - it lets you save and store all your favortie addresses, by categories, and you can share them with other users. It's mostly helpful b/c you're not always on the same computer...

Good website, but I would try to go for a redesign, it doesn't look so attractive. I'm just honest mate, don't feel offended.
