Why there is no traffic to an optimized site. Every time it fluctuates why is tis happen. Is it the website problem?

For the first site there is not much traffic. If its having PR 3 it should have enough traffic. Though the site are good. Thanks

They were added to my Top 100 Social Bookmark site list.

Note that Dizzed.com, a PR4 website, use redirect , so links are not do-follow.
