I am starting to cut back now, i feel in most social sites im at a stage in the community were my stats are rather high & respected so i figure they will grow on there own.

I agree Temi,

I feel I'm pounding the boards for very little return. the only person to ever acknowledge me is, you guessed Resonate. He has given me a few reviews.

I have a list of around 400 social networks, all specialising in different niches. Needless to say I don't use them all.

I am registered with about 22 which all bring traffic to my sites accordingly.
