I particip in my first SEO contest with the busby seo challenge, but it's really difficult to compete with seo guru's or big websites with a lot of links.

So, could you tell me some proposition, advises, in order to win some ranks in goole page?

Well, after visit your website, found you are actually doing SEO quite well.
You need more quality backlink to get higher PR. At the same time, add more unique quality and try to increase the single-word keyword to 10%~15%.
