Is the link in my WP blogroll valid?

Hi guys

Im using wordpress to power my site and didnt want to edit the template. I added a blogroll link with the link URL and anchor text, with a _blank target.

Can you tell me if its valid or not?

Your code for the link on wp looks like

<a href="http://www.ukwebmasterworld.com/" target="_blank">UK Webmaster World SEO Contest</a>

Which is fine but im unsure if the user="username" is needed in it, Temi or Skinner will need to clarify this bit but if it is not needed it is fine
