So besides GEOTargeting (using Google tools to localize search results, etc.), what specific techniques do you all use when you run a site that should result in local sales/visitors? |

Choose a descriptive domain name that makes it clear what is on offer and use single line bold enries in the appropriate section of classifieds in local and regional papers. For example: Domain: icelandicvillas.com Classified section: "Overseas property" |
