search engine optimization myths today, it's easy to apply
a technique that is either no longer working, or one that can
get you banned by the SEs.

How many of you currently go the DIY (Do It Yourself) SEO route?

A significant proportin of my income comes from repairing the damage that small businesses have inflicted on their site with DIY SEO.

I apply it on some sites, because there is no other way of learning...

Yeah I am trying DIY SEO and learning new things along the way. I have hit #1 for some less competitive long tail keywords, but am struggling to hit page 1 for my main keywords. It is all a bit of fun for me though!
