I want to start work on blog commenting and article commenting but I am confused that it will be really helpful for any site or not. please suggest me role of these strategies in seo and how it will be useful for any site.

Hello if you use Firefox you can use a plugin called "nodofollow". It works very well and takes seconds to check every link on the page

I highly doubt Google values blog commenting much. Especially considering there will be so many dofollow links on each page.
