302 redirect

If someone is linking to several of my pages with a 302 redirect, is it a problem anymore, or has this problem been long solved?

I would think it is only a problem if the your page(s) changes or no longer exists (that would a problem for them). Why not have them just link to your exact url? Also to my understanding, if a link has more than one redirect, page rank is lost in transfer.

For example:

Referring Link >> 302 to new page >> Correct page---------OK

Referring Link >> 302 to new page >> 302 to moved new page---------Lost PR

There's hazard or problem with this temporary redirection. Seo's uses the 301 redirection(permanent redirection) than this temporary (302) because it can be hacked. I mean it is not recommended and safe to use this 302 redirection.

302 redirection is the temporary redirection and Google doesn't like this..

is there any need of using 302 redirect, i think you would go for direct linking to your pages
