I am proposing an online finance brokerage for a specialised area of business finance. The commissions pay on a monthly basis and continuously build up. I already run a similar business via more traditional marketing techniques. I believe that with the right rankings we could generate an annual income of circa £300k within 12 months. That should increase annually by circa 70%.

Why do I want a partner rather than paying for SEO?

An online business requires a director that is an online expert. Someone that is genuinely incentivised to achieve. I already have the business model, the contacts and the knowledge of the market so I need a partner who is an expert in the areas of websites, SEO and internet marketing.

The business can easily achieve an annual income of £300k pa.a 1 year after the required rankings are achived. This could be grown year on year by 70% and there is no reason why annual income of £1.7m p.a. could not be generated after 5 years. Income repeats year after year so new clients simply mean more income. A similar business was recently sold for 4 X annual income multiple so after 5 years we could potentially sell for £6.8m.
