vBulletin 3.7 worth upgrading to?

vBulletin 3.7 beta is out, a few forums are running it already. I know soon or late one need to uprade to it but I really cannot think of anything so fantastic that warrants the need to ugrade to it urgently or do you think there are some fantastic features one should acquire sooner rather than latter?

I would wait till Jelsoft releases a GOLD version of 3.7.0
before i even think of upgrading my Forum which is currently running 3.6.8-PL2

A couple of things I really like about 3.7.x are:
Social Groups, Thread Prefixes and Customised user profiles.

Like you I will wait till the stable 3.7 is released before upgrading, had a look at your vBSEO profile, looks good

Agreed. I think I will also wait for the stable version of vB 3.7, anything is possible with BETA releases, and I wouldn't ever recommend using a BETA version live.

I certainly looks like they are leaning towards more community features. I see it as a positive for the forums. Instead of simple message board where people coming to find some info this new options will give more reasons to join and hang out.

No. Theres no major 'improvement' in the forum or admincp 'interface'.

I read on vbulletn.com/.org that UI changes are scheduled for the version 4 of vBulletin.
And that all 3.x versions will have the same old blue UI.

4.0 will take years to arrive, I bet it will be released around 2010.
