Default Linking to vB archives from homepage
I have seen quite a few site add links to their forum archives from their homepage, I have just done the same for this forum.

Is there any vB forum owner who has done the same, does it have any positive effect on your traffic?

i think it allows better crawling of the site rather than more traffic however better crawling = better serps = better traffic so i would think it helps in a way
