Vbulettin 3.6.9 released

vB version 3.6.9 which is expected to be the last in the 3.x series was released today.
It is said to contain many of the functions that are available in the new version 3.7 which is still in the beta stages, however, because there is not set released date for version 3.7 yet, users are encouraged to upgrade to the last release of the 3.6.x series.
