Default Pay for Posts or Referrals?

Hey, when it comes to forums, i have seen ton's of people that pay for posting.

I have just seen this, Paying for referrals.

Which one do you think is better?
Which one is less expensive?
Which one is more effective?

I would most likely go to a forum with people that will do anything to make money and ask for help their.

How much should one charge for ACTIVE referrals?

Completely agree with you on this ardit, pay per post is a complete waste, I have tried it at another one of my forum before, you get rubbish post.

thats why i was thinking, get like 10 people to refer real users to the site.
You don't pay the actually posters, you pay people to bring new people to the site
