PR3 Link Exchange

Right i'm currently redoing some SEO stuff on a site I own.

Upload3r is one of my sites, basically it's a no frills image upload3r, now at the moment this site is PR3 and isn't really getting noticed by many people.

I'm at the moment putting a global include into the site to show a line of advertisements, text only, at the bottom of each page.

I am looking for a Link Exchange with a well spidered site to help increase traffic throughput to Upload3r.

Well it is there, just it's in Javascript.

Having a hell of a bad time getting PHP to parse within HTML files, due to being templated, as at the time of coding it, it seemed to be a good idea.
