i tried build-reciprocal-links.com for one of my site. but after 2 months, google banned my url. there were 250 indexed pages but now, nothing. can it be because of this service?

What makes you think your site was banned because of that site, I think other factors rather than using the above site probably caused your site being banned.

this site lets the members have over 1500 backlinks in a second. i think google does not like it. and only the PR 5-6 sites should use that kind of services. my site is PR 3.

I could be wrong but I still think that is not the reason your site was banned. What happen most of the time when you get excessively large number of backlinks is that the links are sandboxed.

I read at an another webmaster forum that msn can ban your site if the 50% of your inlinks are reciprocal, but i didn't think that it can be true for google also. Otherwise 1500 links in a second can be easily judged as innatural link popularity increasement. It could be a kind of google bowling, i don't know. If you give us the URL we can check your site, because another factors can also cause this phenomena.

Yes, that amount of link for a site that is now well established would certainly cause problems especially if they are all low quality and from same source.
