I am looking for link exchange with a PR4 or higher Internet/web hosting/ecommerce/web design related site.

It will be a 3 way link, I will link to you from a PR4 site and you like to me from a PR4 or higher site. Will consider strong PR3 site.

I could be interested. We are a web software company specialising in directory and online booking software. We provide the directory as a hosted solution within Joomla CMS. We don't have many outward links on our site and so we'd need to work out a good way of linking to you in context. (site is PR4) Which site is it you are wanting linked to?
