Need some form Help
Hi all this might sound a little weird but ive never created a form before, im totally self taught and only learn things when i need to.
Ive got this form below, how do i make it send the results to an email address upon pressing the submitt button ?
Please see attached document for form code.......

The form looks good so far. If I would have more time I would create the php file for you, but according to the current circumstances I would redirect you to this tutorial.

thanks bagi, i not sure if im advanced enough to intergrate the the form in to this code ill give it ago though, if there is anyone else that could help then please do, im not much of a coder lol

I had to shy away from things like this a while ago but I'm sure you'll do a good job with the form and get precisely how you want it look and work.
If not, may I reccomend Form Spring to you.
It works a treat, however there is now spam prevention!
