PR4 Emporium Directory for sale

I am selling Emporium Directory, along with Emporium Blog that comes with the site. Currently the site is PR4 and with solid promotion, its standing can improve further. Revenue from the directory comes from directory submissions (around $60 - $100 a month) and sitewides on the directory are contracted until they expire in March next year.

Looking at serious offers of at least $2K and above. I reserve the right not to sell if the price is too low. If interested, post here or PM me for the details and I will provide more information as necessary.
