I am selling my domain, website and everything that comes with that.
The hosting is paid until february 2008 and comes with the package. it will not be separated. the webspace includes 3gig storage and 10Gig bandwidth it is full featured.

How big is your client base?

Not big. I have a few hundred regulars that come to read or play games. I didn't originally intend the site to be for-profit. As for advertisers who pay for links. There are three links on the front page that have been paid for for the nest 6 months. And there are temi's link on the blog. I haven't been marketing it much for that purpose.
The site can also be switched easily to a webmaster related site. there are quite a few incoming links that have those sorts of keywords. I guess it's the leftover from the time I first started it. Here's a good example, the number one listing in the regular section named Detoam.net. Look at the description
