ITV fined almost 6 Million
ITV has been fined a record £5.675m by Ofcom for abusing premium rate phone services in viewer competitions.
Do you think this fine is justified? I would have love to see the people ITV ripped off getting some of the fine rather than the fine going into government pocket.
