Hundreds of passengers have been stranded in a tunnel after a Tube train derailed during the morning rush-hour in London.
Up to six carriages came off the rails on the westbound Central Line between Mile End and Bethnal Green stations. One passenger is reported to have suffered a minor leg injury, according to British Transport Police (BTP). Passengers from a second train, forced to stop behind the derailed carriages, are being walked to Mile End station. Stations closed TfL said it was looking into reports that there was an obstruction on the track. A London Ambulance Service spokesman said paramedics were attending the scene, but there were no reports of further injuries. London Fire Brigade sent 14 appliances to the scene, including four urban search and rescue vehicles. Central Line services are suspended between Leytonstone and Liverpool Street, and there are severe delays on the rest of the line. Mile End and Bethnal Green stations are closed, and Bow Road outside Mile End station is closed westbound. BBC

I agree, derails are happening more then they were before
Could it be that trains are being built to run faster and the rails can not support them?
