News active members moderators & admin reward

I saw a nice reward scheme for moderators of Great Nexus and I am introducing similar scheme to UK webmaster forums, I will however go one step further and extend the scheme to very active members. As a way of saying thank you to the aforementioned groups of members I pace sitewide links from the forum to qualified members websites.
This link is quite valuable, its worth about £30 or more per months.

Members can also pickup additional links by help recruit new members by placing links to UK webmaster world forums or just recommending the forums to other people they know. Please encourage the people you refer to enter you user name when completing the membership form. Here are the members that currently qualify for the sitewide links:

Duke
OWG
Pentarix
Crowbird (when he complete his site which has taken him over a year to under construction page
Rob
Paul (He does not want any links, he thinks linking is evil
Seb
If you are an active member and I left you out of the above list please let me know. My definition of active member is a member who has already contributed 100 or more posts and continues to contribute and average of one post per day.

lol... im working on it, im actully going to have time this summer, wow... iv already been at this forum for over 9+ months now that i think about it. I remember posting an hour before i went back to school from summer vacation 04'

Its good to give credit where credit is due, bad to use other people’s ideas without at least giving them credit

The idea is certainly not original. I am sure many webmasters use similar reward system for their forums..but thanks anyway...

I wasn't suggesting it was original or not done elsewhere, I'm just very pleased to see Temi had the foresight to implement it here.
