Hi folks, I just joined the forums to take part in the SEO competition after one of my buddies drew my attention to it. I never entered this kind of competition before so it should be fun.

I built quite a lot of websites in the past and always try and optimize for organic search. But it will be different competing with many new sites optimizing for a keyword that to me doesn't have much meaning. Hopefully the sites we end up building serve some useful function once the contest is over.

Also, there does seem to be many interesting topics to explore and threads to read. So I look forward to participating in the forums.
