Bit of an odd question

This is going to sound strange but ill explain, me being extremely dumb for years had been using my partners paypal account to do all by business online with, until recently when i signed up for my own, ive now done a fare bit of business on that account and the balence is healthy HOWEVER i forgot to confirm my address ( more like kept putting it off until i had time to sort it ) so now my account it limited and all i can do is receive money, the problem is to confirm the address you have to use a credit card which would be fine but all of mine where registered with my partners account so i cant register them with this one, so the only way they can validate the address is to mail me a code, which is fine but its taken over a week so far.

Now to my point would there be anyone here that can purchase a template for me $25 through paypal then i will pay them $30 back when my paypal account is released again ?

OR i can send you a $30 echeque (paypal) from my parents account which takes 7 days to clear so i found out last night.
