Thanks for the offer but the price is a little high for the quality of your site.
PR5 for the tld is good but I would prefer some traffic and looks like you don't get any.
Also there is not much useful content to attract more visitors.

I'll pass for now

We have just completed a revolutionary idea that we are going to promote there, and the traffic will go insane in the next 30 days!!

Check in once in awhile starting in a couple of weeks and then make that statement again, but for now, it's a fair statement!
