So how do you say it is not comment spam then? say you commented on my SEO blog then, in fact, go on make a post for me to see using this forum as an example, and the anchor text of 'UK SEO Forum'.

Comment on my uk google adwords telephone number post Old Welsh Guy The Google Expert I am interested to see how you would handle it. It might also help your credibility here

Oh one last thing, you say 'keywords' do you mean phrases, or individual words ie UK SEO Forum = 3 words but one phrase .

Definitely that was spamming..
Blog commenting if used too
much will also be a spamming

and that's not a good idea..
