can someone please provide me with the list of 25 Do follow Forums related to Police, Fire, First Responder, Tactical gear, firearms, Police Equipment. If the forums are from USA, then it would be more helpful

Here are some lists of dofollow forums http://www.webmaster-elements.com/dofollow-lists/dofollow-forums.htm they are not specific to fire and police though. I agree with the person who suggested search.

It's a cool idea to search the relevant forums. If are aware about search engines and all that so you must try out your hand with search engines to get the exact thing. You build your own database for that.
