Anyone using iblbuilder.com ?

I'm sceptical. If they are so good at building links why is their home page only PR1? That's a very poor page rank when you consider my site has PR2, has only been in existence since last September and I only have a small number of backlinks.

Also, I doubt you'll find anyone who has used them. That domain was only registered on 9th March 2009.
