This is not a paid position , basically this is your chance to have a backlink from a webmaster blog/site from your articles page.

The link back to your site must be related to webmaster topics.

You can post up to two articles a week with one backlink at the bottom of your article ( so no incontent linking )

Why not consider paying someone to do that for you? It won't cost you a lot.
