do you mean bulk visitors? i.e. buying 10,000 pop up ads?

Or do you mean pay-per-click advertising like Google Adwords?

I do not have 1st hand experience.

But heard lot of sad stories where Google Adsense banned them etc.

Insted just buy links on sites you think are going to send traffic.

Google is getting stricter and stricter and prohibits buying links.
If you do link 2 sites together, make sure they're hosted on separate servers, Google will still think it's spam.

Buying bulk pop-up and pop-under traffic is a waste of time and money. You will be much better off buying banner ad on high traffic site directly related to your niche.
