Web CEO
If you are prepared to spend some money, this is pretty good. Web CEO attempts to do a lot of things, some of them I wish it didnt bother, but its very good at rankings reports. You set parameters , keywords to check, how far to search, whether to list ranking internal pages, search engines to check and away it goes.

I second this. Web CEO is fantastic at generating reports, but don't use it for SEOing a site as it is not up to the task (As Thud alludes to above)

I use the free WebCEO for it's seo "suggestions", it's backlink checker, and it's keyword
discovery (KEI is included in the results). Good tool.
