Download seems to be missing files

I just download V1.4, unpacked the zip, and uploaded to "mydomain.com/parts" using SmartFTP. I was then attempting to set the permissions for the list of folders to 777 but I was able to ever find the folders. I then did a search in the unpacked folder on my computer and none of the listed folders are present. The listed size of the file is 560K but all of the downloads are only 546K. Is something missing from the current download or am I doing something wrong?

BTW on a different note, I am looking for a simple database driven shopping cart similar to OsCommerce but with less features and confusion. I have OsCommerce up and running but it is a lot more than I need so I guess you could say I am looking for a "scaled down" OsCommerce. Will IG Shop fit this?
