The payment options are way too much for me

we have a little sandwichshop and would like to receive orders through the internet.

we would like just 1 kind of payment and that is cash. when the customer has completed the order we would like that she/he confirms and that they receive a confirmation.

could you give me some tips?

btw we are very pleased with this shop.
