You can also just log into CPanel and use the web based FTP through cpanel.

you should of got an email with your cpanel details when you first registered for a hosting account. just check your email and then click on the cpanel link and enter your user name and password.

You know that windows explorer (file not internet) is an ftp client. Just type ftp: and then the server name in the address text box.
